About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to join our Marketing team at Paytm Money. The role involves building, managing, and scaling the brand to drive awareness, consideration, and preference among our target audience.
You will be responsible for developing brand strategies, executing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and implement brand campaigns across digital, ATL, and BTL channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Growth, PR, and Design to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct consumer insights, market research, and competitor analysis to strengthen brand positioning.
- Manage external agencies and vendors for creative, media, and production deliverables.
- Track, analyze, and report brand performance metrics, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable impact.
- Drive innovation in communication to strengthen customer engagement and brand recall.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in brand management/marketing, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or consumer tech.
- Proven track record of managing integrated brand campaigns.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
