EMI Bank Alliance - Lead As an EMI Bank Alliances Head, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships and alliances with various banks and financial institutions. Your primary objective will be to establish mutually beneficial relationships to enhance our Electronic Money Institution's (EMI) product offerings, expand our customer base, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: 1. Identify and Assess Potential Alliances: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential bank partners that align with the EMI's business objectives and target markets. Evaluate each prospective partner's suitability, reputation, and willingness to collaborate. 2. Negotiate Partnership Agreements: Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to negotiate partnership agreements that outline terms, conditions, and obligations for both parties. Ensure that the agreements are compliant with regulatory requirements and protect the interests of the EMI. 3. Develop and Implement Alliances Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy to foster alliances with banks and financial institutions. Define clear goals, objectives, and timelines to achieve optimal results from these partnerships. 4. Build and Nurture Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner banks, including decision-makers, business development teams, and relationship managers. Regularly engage with partners to understand their needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and technology teams to integrate banking services and products seamlessly into the EMI's offerings. Coordinate efforts to ensure a cohesive and efficient implementation of alliance initiatives. 6. Monitor Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the financial industry, particularly in banking and payments. Utilize this knowledge to identify potential areas for collaboration and innovation. 7. Track and Report Performance: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of each alliance. Regularly analyze and report on the performance of partnerships, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimizations. 8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all alliance activities comply with relevant financial regulations, data protection laws, and industry standards. Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to address any potential risks and maintain adherence to regulatory requirements. Requirements: - Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in business development, alliance management, or partnership roles within the financial services industry, preferably in the EMI or banking sectors. - Strong understanding of electronic money institutions, banking operations, and financial products. - Demonstrated ability to negotiate and execute complex partnership agreements. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards relevant to EMIs and banking partnerships. - Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
