Responsibilities: 1. Evaluate each prospective partner's suitability, reputation, and willingness to collaborate. 2. Negotiate Partnership Agreements: Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to negotiate partnership agreements that outline terms, conditions, and obligations for both parties. Ensure that the agreements are compliant with regulatory requirements and protect the interests of the EMI. 3. Develop and Implement Alliances Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy to foster alliances with banks and financial institutions. Build and Nurture Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner banks, including decision-makers, business development teams, and relationship managers.
