About the role: This is a critical role to ensure that there is timely recon of all funds flow activities across the bank and therein NIL operational losses. Expectations/ Requirements : 1. Manage end-to-end reconciliation for various payment products including UPI, IMPS, Cards etc 2. Monitoring of various GLs and ensuring proper reconciliation and substantiation of the same. 3. Manage merchant settlements and ensure recon of merchant payouts with collections. 4. Drive automation of various activities and ensure proper controls are in place. 5. Mentor a team of 10 -15 members. Ensure proper training and development of the team. 6. Handle all internal and regulatory audits related to reconciliations 7. Coordination with various internal and external stakeholders. Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role : 1. 8-10 years in a similar role in a financial institution 2. Good understanding of payment products and funds flow involved. 3. Breakdown complex problems into simpler steps and find solutions 4. Team player. Should be able to mentor and carry the team along.
