About the role : Paytm is looking for an experienced Field Quality Manager to ensure that our products meet all necessary quality requirements before they reach the consumer/merchants. The key responsibilities of the same would be Quality Failure Analysis, Quality Assurance, Planning and Monitoring. Expectations/ Requirements : 1. Implementing quality control tools. 2. Apply QC tools to solve day-to-day complex product and field quality issues. 3. Define product failure matrix (field failure rate) and analyze customer issues. 4. RCA for product related issues. 5. Coordinate with product and production teams respectively in order to implement solutions. 6. Assist product development teams with an understanding of issue categorization. 7. Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis. 8. Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures. 9. Devise and review specifications for products or processes. Skills that will help you succeed in this role : 1. Hands on with QC Tools. 2. 6-10 years of experience in Field & Product Quality 3. In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.
