Expectations/Requirements: - Managing online promotion campaigns for Merchandising on marketing channels(Paytm Homepage Properties, CRM, SEO, SEM etc.) - End to end ownership of complete merchandising on the app and website for the vertical. - Completely owning the ideation & execution of Category Event Days & Big events promotion & marketing plan - Coordinating with the Creative team, Category team, Promotion operations, Clevertap platform team to drive online campaigns. - Monitoring effectiveness of sales and performance of the campaigns. - Driving profitable sales by ensuring visibility, traction, and a positive customer experience. - Extract and analyze data to interpret customer purchase behavior and share insights with respective business teams - Tracking market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and market health. - Managing execution on all the platforms of (Desktop, Mobile site, Android, & iOS App) by creating affiliate, alliances, and partnership offers for different channels.
