About the role: Evangelize and demonstrate the value and impact of analytics for informed business decision-making by developing and deploying analytical solutions and providing data-driven insights to business stakeholders to understand and solve various business nuances. Expectations/ Requirements: 1. Responsible for analyzing raw data, Manipulate, Cleanse and Process data using a combination of database Hive/SQL 2. The role involves working closely with Product and Business stakeholders to empower data-driven decision-making and generate insights that will help grow the key metrics. 3. Drive execution quickly on projects including having the ability to follow up. 4. Responsible for performing data driven analytics to generate business insights Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role: 1. Reporting Skills, Forecasting, Quantitative Diagnosis, Analyzing Information, Statistical Analysis. 2. Minimum 2 years of working experience with SQL and Advanced Excel 3. Understanding the broad range of Paytm data resources, and knowing the right ones to use for the analytical problems at hand 4. Identifying data needs and driving data quality improvement projects. 5. Must be highly proficient with MS Excel, SQL, and other statistical tools. 6. Experience in big data technologies like hive is preferred 7. Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau 8.
