Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist - Oracle to manage end-to-end payroll operations with a strong focus on payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee data management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, payroll systems (preferably Oracle), statutory compliance, and resolving payroll-related queries while ensuring timely and error-free payroll execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Process end-to-end payroll for employees on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

- Calculate and validate wages, overtime, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.

- Ensure payroll processing is compliant with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and labor laws.

- Prepare, maintain, and submit payroll reports, reconciliations, and tax-related documentation.

- Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records and employee master data.

- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, payroll discrepancies, and benefits.

- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations.

- Process payroll changes related to new hires, exits, promotions, salary revisions, and employee lifecycle events.

- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies to ensure payroll accuracy.

- Ensure adherence to payroll timelines, compliance standards, and internal controls.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5-8 years of experience in payroll operations and payroll administration.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll / Oracle HCM Payroll.

- Strong understanding of payroll processing, taxation, statutory compliance, and labor regulations.

- Experience in payroll reconciliation, reporting, and payroll data management.

- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage payroll timelines effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in cross-functional environments involving HR and Finance teams.

- Ability to handle confidential employee and payroll information with integrity.
