Payroll Specialist
Experience: 25 Years
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including monthly salaries, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Ensure accurate statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.
- Prepare and maintain payroll MIS reports, records, and reconciliations.
- Handle Full & Final settlements for exiting employees.
HR Operations
- Support recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Draft and issue appointment letters, confirmations, and HR communications.
- Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and timekeeping records.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and assist in grievance resolution.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and organizational procedures.
- Support performance appraisal cycles and training initiatives.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR database.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of statutory returns.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external agencies for compliance matters.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems (Tally, SAP, Excel, or any HRMS).
- Thorough understanding of labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and discretion.
Preferred Experience
- 25 years of experience in HR & payroll management.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS or payroll software.
