Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and process end-to-end payroll activities in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of payroll compliance, statutory regulations, and employee benefits management. Key Responsibilities: - Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and company requirements - Handle employee reimbursements, bonuses, incentives, and variable payouts - Maintain and update payroll records including attendance, leaves, and timesheets - Ensure accurate deduction and remittance of PF, ESI, TDS, PT, and other statutory components - Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputs, tax declarations, and final settlements - Prepare and share payslips, salary registers, and monthly payroll reports - Address and resolve employee payroll queries in a timely manner - Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and statutory guidelines - Assist in internal and external payroll audits Skills & Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance - Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Zoho Payroll, ADP, SAP, or similar) - Sound knowledge of Indian payroll laws and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity) - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting principles - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field
