Responsibilities

- Assisting in producing monthly payroll on a timely and accurate basis

- Administering salary control ledger and season ticket arrangements

- Reconciling monthly income tax and NI balances

- Supporting year-end payroll activities and P11D preparation in accurate and timely manner

- Liaising with internal teams for payroll data coordination and issue resolution

- Keeping updated with payroll / taxation legislation changes impacting remuneration processing

- Ensuring payroll procedures are adhering to internal standards, governance norms and compliance requirements

- Responding to employees payroll queries and providing required clarifications

Requirements

- Detailed understanding of payroll legislation

- Experience working on Oracle Payroll / HR software package preferred

- Strong data accuracy & MS Excel skills

- Ability to prioritise work and handle deadlines independently

- Ability to develop strong internal stakeholder relationships
