Payroll Manager (15-20 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all GCC employees using SAP.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions.
- Conduct payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with GCC labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary changes in the payroll system.
- Maintain and optimize SAP payroll modules to ensure efficient payroll processing.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues.
- Provide guidance on payroll policies, deductions, and benefits.
- Lead and develop a payroll team, providing training and support as needed.
- Ensure that the payroll team adheres to best practices and maintains high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the payroll function.
- Implement automation and efficiency initiatives to streamline payroll operations.
Qualifications:- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate
- Experience: Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in the GCC region, with at least 2 - 3 years of experience working with SAP payroll systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SAP payroll modules; experience with other HRIS and payroll software is a plus. Strong MS Excel skills are essential.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of GCC labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll practices.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
