About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3+ years of proven recruitment experience.
The ideal candidate should be capable of handling bulk and niche hiring while ensuring a
smooth recruitment process.
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategy.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, references, and database management.
- Conduct pre-screening HR interviews to assess fitment and salary expectations.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and repetitive roles.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Share weekly recruitment reports and maintain proper documentation & recruitment tracker.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (IT or Non-IT hiring).
- Strong experience in bulk, niche, and leadership hiring.
- Proficient in job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Preference will be given to candidates available to join within 015 days.
