Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Head (International) based in Greater Noida.

The role involves:

- Leading and managing the international sales team to achieve business objectives.

- Driving merchant onboarding and relationship management across global markets.

- Developing and executing strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth.

- Overseeing end-to-end sales processes and ensuring smooth merchant activation.

- Identifying new market opportunities and partnerships to expand Payomatixs international reach.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product, and Operations) to ensure seamless onboarding and merchant satisfaction.

- Consistently meeting and exceeding international sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in International Sales Leadership, Merchant Onboarding, and Team Management.

- Strong understanding of Fintech, Payment Gateways, or the Digital Payments Industry.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple international markets and time zones effectively.

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to achieving results.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
