- Drive employee engagement, retention, and growth through innovative HR practices.

- Oversee performance management, L&D &, and leadership development initiatives.

- Build a strong organizational culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and industry standards.

What Were Looking For:

- Proven experience as an HR Head/HR Manager, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or fastest-growing tech companies.

- Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, and people strategy.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
