- Platform Transition Management.

- Lead the full lifecycle migration from Flexcube 11.2 to OBP 14.

- Manage project timelines, environment setup, interface validation & cutover planning.

- Ensure seamless environment readiness (UAT, Pre-Prod, Prod).

- Functional & Technical Oversight.

- Act as the functional lead for payment workflows & OBP configuration.

- Collaborate with architects to map and customize OBP modules.

- Validate functional specs, mapping documents & regulatory compliance.

- Stakeholder & Business Coordination.

- Interface with business, operations, and compliance teams.

- Own UAT planning, execution, and business sign-off.

- Conduct workshops & solution walkthroughs for country-specific needs.

- Vendor & Third-Party Management.

- Work closely with Oracle and Profinch partners.

- Oversee certification of third-party integrations (gateways, central banks).

- Conduct joint validation of designs and exception handling logic.

- Risk & Control Management.

- Establish data reconciliation & fallback controls.

- Address audit & compliance gaps.

- Define rollback procedures for production readiness.

- Knowledge & Team Enablement.

- Prepare process documents, manuals, and training material.

- Support teams during hyper-care and go-live phases.

- Maintain traceability of all migrated functionalities.

- Post-Migration Support & Optimization.

- Lead defect triage, performance tuning & monitoring post go-live.

- Track transaction health, automate operations, and reduce manual touchpoints.

- Production Support Readiness.

- Validate infrastructure sizing, HA/DR testing.

- Define SOPs for L1/L2 teams and participate in cutover rehearsals.

Key Skills & Experience:.

- 8-10 years of experience in Payments & Core Banking.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle Banking Products, preferably OBP.

- Experience with Flexcube, payment systems (RTGS, NEFT, SWIFT, etc.

- Strong understanding of payment processes & regulatory requirements.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Strong project leadership and vendor coordination experience.
