Roles/Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition & Retention: Develop and execute strategies to acquire high-quality users and maximize retention across digital channels.
- LTV Growth: Design campaigns and journeys focused on improving customer engagement, repeat usage, and overall LTV.
- Organic Growth: Drive non-paid growth strategies including referrals, community building, and product-led growth initiatives.
- Analytics & Insights: Utilize tools like Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, looker and CleverTap to track user behavior, measure campaign performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Lifecycle Marketing: Build and optimize customer journeys, segmentation, and personalized campaigns across channels (email, push, in-app, SMS, etc.).
- Experimentation: Run A/B tests and growth experiments to identify scalable strategies for acquisition and retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, tech, and design teams to improve user experience and build growth-focused product features.
- Reporting: Develop and share regular performance dashboards, insights, and recommendations with leadership
