
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert prospects (banks, NBFCs, fintechs, MFIs) into long-term clients for LOS, LMS, and lending tech solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build a strong pipeline by prospecting through industry networks, events, partnerships, and direct outreach.
- Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business pain points in lending, credit monitoring, and customer lifecycle management.
- Position our LOS, LMS, and lending tech offerings as solutions to client challenges.
- Deliver product demos, presentations, and customized proposals to C-level executives and decision makers.
- Stay updated on trends in digital lending, credit scoring, NBFC tech adoption, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to product and strategy teams on client requirements and market opportunities.
- Work closely with product, presales, and implementation teams to ensure smooth closure and handover of deals.
- Manage RFP responses, proposals, and pricing discussions in alignment with company policies.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Build long-term relationships to position the company as a trusted partner in their digital transformation journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or Technology (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 3-10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with at least 2-3 years in lending solutions (LOS/LMS) or fintech platforms.
- Strong understanding of loan lifecycle (origination, underwriting, disbursement, servicing, collections).
- Knowledge of credit bureaus, scoring models, and digital lending strategies.
- Experience in SaaS sales cycles, RFPs, enterprise deal closures.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage long sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
