Key Responsibilities:
1. Own product growth metrics such as acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and
2. revenue (AARRR framework).
3. Identify monetization opportunities by packaging and positioning product capabilities for external partnerships and clients, helping to sell our solutions to other businesses and boost revenue.
4. Collaborate with marketing/Vendors to plan and execute user acquisition campaigns, onboarding flows, and conversion funnels.
5. Design and run growth experiments , A/B tests, and rapid iterations to improve user engagement and monetization.
6. Work with product, data, and engineering teams to build growth loops, personalized experiences, and lifecycle communication strategies.
7. Optimize user onboarding to shorten time-to-value and increase activation rates.
8. Leverage analytics and user insights to identify friction points and opportunities across the funnel.
9. Partner with performance and content marketing to build scalable campaigns that convert.
10. Influence the product roadmap with growth opportunities and market feedback.
11. Develop dashboards and track KPIs related to growth.
Requirements:
1. 4+ years of experience in SaaS / Fintech / Consumer tech startups, product management, growth marketing, or a hybrid role.
2. Technical background or strong comfort working with APIs and data tools.
3. Proven track record of driving product-led growth and improving core metrics.
Strong understanding of growth frameworks.
4. Experience working with marketing teams, especially in digital or performance marketing.
5. Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Notifyvisitors, or similar.
6. Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make informed decisions.
7. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with engineering, design, and marketing.
8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
