About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate - Finance Operations to join our Finance & Accounts team.

The role involves handling acquirer reconciliation, settlement processes, and audit support, ensuring smooth financial operations within the payments domain.

The ideal candidate will have strong reconciliation knowledge, prior experience in the payments industry, and an analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily acquirer reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial records.

- Manage acquirer relationships and resolve queries in a timely manner.

- Execute settlement reconciliation and processing across payment channels.

- Prepare and manage audit data requirements and handle audit queries effectively.

- Create and maintain MIS reports for management review.

- Identify discrepancies, analyze issues, and provide solutions to ensure process efficiency.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.

Required Experience

- 2-3 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in the payments/fintech industry.

- Strong expertise in reconciliation and settlement processes.

- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.

- Proficiency in MIS preparation and reporting.

- Exposure to month-end audits will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

Must Have:

- Graduate in equivalent.

- Solid knowledge of reconciliation processes.

Desired:

- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Additional certifications in finance/accounting (e.g , MBA Finance) would be a plus.
