Role:
- We are looking for a Forward Deployed Product Manager (FDPM) to lead the on-the-ground delivery of privacy-compliant and AI-powered solutions directly at customer sites. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that sits at the intersection of product strategy, enterprise technology, and regulatory compliance.
- You will work closely with enterprise customers to understand their privacy and AI adoption challenges, translate them into actionable product roadmaps, and oversee deployment alongside engineering and solutions teams. You thrive in ambiguous environments, earn trust quickly, and can hold strategic and tactical conversations in the same meeting.
Responsibilities :
Customer Engagement & Deployment :
- Serve as the primary product liaison for enterprise customers through the full deployment lifecycle - from discovery and scoping through go-live and adoption.
- Travel to customer sites (domestic and international) to run workshops, gather requirements, and drive implementation milestones.
- Translate complex customer environments, legacy infrastructure etc. into structured product requirements.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders including CTOs, DPOs, CISOs, legal counsel, and engineering leads.
- Partner with sales and pre-sales teams on RFP responses, proof-of-concept designs, and executive presentations.
Privacy & AI Product Strategy :
- Own the product roadmap for privacy and AI implementation workstreams, balancing customer-specific needs with platform scalability.
- Evaluate AI models and features against fairness, transparency, and explainability standards before customer-facing deployment.
- Document deployment playbooks, edge cases, and lessons learned to accelerate future rollouts.
Requirements :
- 2+ years of product management experience a forward-deployed, customer-facing, or implementation-heavy role would be preferred. Consulting experience will also be relevant
- Demonstrated experience working on products involving AI/ML features in enterprise environments.
- Hands on experience with the latest developments in AI
- Hands on experience with prototyping tools such as Claude Code
- Strong project management skills - ability to manage multiple concurrent customer engagements with competing priorities.
- Willingness and ability to travel 30-50% of the time, including international travel.
- Working knowledge of major privacy regulations : GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and familiarity with emerging frameworks (India DPDP Act, Brazil LGPD, etc.) would be preferred
