Role:

- We are looking for a Forward Deployed Consultants (FDC) to support the on-the-ground delivery of privacy-compliant and AI-powered solutions directly at customer sites. This is a high-impact, client-facing role that sits at the intersection of strategy consulting, and product strategy.

- You will work closely with enterprise customers to understand their AI adoption requirements, translate them into actionable roadmap, and work with the delivery team to ensure a timely delivery of the same.

Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement & Deployment :

- Serve as the primary POC for enterprise customers through the full deployment lifecycle - from discovery and scoping through go-live and adoption.

- Travel to customer sites (domestic and international) to run workshops, gather requirements, and drive implementation.

- Translate complex customer environments, legacy infrastructure etc. into structured requirements.

- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders including CTOs, DPOs, CISOs, legal counsel, and engineering leads.

AI Strategy :

- Own the roadmap for AI implementation workstreams, balancing customer-specific needs with platform scalability.

- Evaluate AI models and features against fairness, transparency, and explainability standards before customer-facing deployment.

- Document deployment playbooks, edge cases, and lessons learned to accelerate future rollouts.

Requirements :

- 2+ years of management consulting experience with a track record of customer-facing role

- Demonstrated experience working on AI/ML strategic engagements.

- Understanding of the latest developments in AI

- Hands on experience with prototyping tools such as Claude Code will be preferred

- Willingness and ability to travel 30-50% of the time, including international travel
