Passive Sales Manager - Mutual Fund Industry - (core AMC Sales)

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales of ETFs & Index Funds across channels

- Achieve targets: Net Sales, SIPs, Distributor activation

- Build & manage relationships with Banks, NDs, RIAs, Wealth partners

- Develop zonal strategy & key accounts

- Conduct product trainings, webinars & market updates

- Coordinate with product, marketing & operations teams

- Ensure compliance & service standards

Requirements:

- Postgraduate (CFA/CFP preferred), NISM 5A

- 8-10 years in AMC sales

- Strong passive product knowledge & communication skills
