Description:
- Lead end-to-end management of strategic programs and initiatives, from concept through execution
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, finance, product, technology) to ensure alignment and delivery
- Monitor program performance, milestones, budgets, and risks; proactively resolve issues
- Develop and maintain program governance, reporting, and communication frameworks
- Prepare executive-level updates, dashboards, and presentations on program status and impact
- Support strategy formulation through analysis, market research, and business case development
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and tools
- Ensure initiatives remain aligned with organizational priorities and evolving business needs
