Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap across supply chain, internal tools, and finance modules
- Conduct market and user research to identify product gaps and opportunities, especially in inventory, slotting, pick-pack, and reverse logistics
- Translate user pain points into detailed product specs and user stories through warehouse visits, stakeholder interviews, and field observations
- Work with engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams to build, iterate, and launch features ensuring readiness of acceptance criteria, mockups, and test cases
- Collaborate with supply chain and finance teams to define pricing models (e.g., SaaS fee per warehouse, modular pricing) and drive monetization
- Analyze adoption, usage, and operational metrics using tools like Mixpanel or GA to continuously optimize product performance
- Partner with Sales, Ops, and Customer Success to drive onboarding, create training materials, and ensure seamless adoption on the warehouse floor
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3-5 years of product management experience in Indias B2B logistics, warehousing, or quick commerce
- Proven record of shipping and scaling at least one product end-to-end
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile toolsets
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations including slotting logic, SKU management, barcode/RFID tech, and FIFO/LIFO workflows
- Strong data orientation: ability to build dashboards, define KPIs, and act on insights
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with experience working closely with supply chain heads, operations managers, and finance teams
Nice-to-Haves
- Prior experience integrating ERP systems or shipping/logistics APIs
- Familiarity with Indian warehousing norms and compliance requirements (e.g., GST,e-way bills, labor regulations)
