Position Overview
The Partnerships Sales Manager will spearhead strategic collaborations with system integrators, BPOs, and consulting organizations to expand the reach of our client's AI-powered customer experience offerings. This individual will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing high-impact partners while enabling joint go-to-market initiatives across industries such as BFSI, e-commerce, telecom, and edtech.
The ideal candidate will transform alliances into scalable, revenue-generating growth channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute a robust partnership and alliance strategy focused on driving AI adoption in CX and customer engagement operations.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential partners including SIs, BPOs, and consulting firms.
- Build joint sales and marketing motions - including co-selling, co-marketing, and GTM campaigns - to unlock new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and product) to ensure partnership objectives align with company goals.
- Track key performance indicators for partnerships, optimize strategies, and ensure mutual growth and ROI.
- Act as the central liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders to strengthen long-term relationships.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2-8 years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or business development, ideally within SaaS, AI, or CX technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling partner ecosystems that drive measurable revenue impact.
- Solid grasp of AI solutions in customer support, telecalling, and sales environments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
- Proven experience designing and managing partnership frameworks from inception to execution.
