This role will be responsible for:
- Building and managing partnerships with corporates, NBFCs, fintech platforms, and consumer brands
- Driving employee engagement programs across organizations
- Creating structured cross-promotion alliances
- Leading a small team of partnership executives
- Contributing strategically to revenue growth through channel development
- The ideal candidate should have 710 years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or institutional sales, along with a strong existing professional network.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners, including NBFCs, fintech platforms, consumer brands, and corporate organizations.
- Structure win-win commercial arrangements for revenue-sharing models, cross-promotions, and white-label advisory offerings.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close partnership agreements.
- Build long-term alliance frameworks rather than transactional deals.
2. Corporate & Employee Engagement Initiatives:
- Pitch and execute financial wellness programs for corporates.
- Develop and sell structured engagement formats such as financial planning webinars, on-site seminars, financial awareness workshops, corporate stalls/desk setups, and leadership roundtables.
- Build a repeatable corporate outreach pipeline and customized employee advisory programs.
- Work closely with HR, L&D, and Admin departments of companies.
3. Proposal Development & Pitching:
- Create high-quality partnership decks and proposals.
- Develop customized pitches tailored to each institution.
- Present confidently to CXOs, HR Heads, and senior stakeholders.
- Translate our client's advisory model into compelling B2B value propositions.
4. Revenue & Growth Ownership:
- Own partnership revenue targets.
- Develop quarterly and annual alliance growth strategies.
- Track conversion metrics from partnerships.
- Optimize engagement-to-client acquisition funnel.
5. Team Leadership & Execution:
- Lead and mentor junior partnership executives.
- Set targets and KPIs for the team.
- Ensure disciplined follow-up and CRM tracking.
- Build SOPs for outreach, onboarding, and partner management.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing for campaign execution, the Advisory Team for service delivery alignment, and the Product Team for integration opportunities.
6. Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification:
- Track emerging partnership opportunities in wealthtech, the NBFC ecosystem, and the corporate employee benefit space.
- Identify white-space opportunities for scaling our client's distribution.
- Benchmark against competitors partnership strategies.
Experience:
- 7 years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, institutional sales, and corporate partnerships.
- Prior experience in financial services, fintech, wealth management, NBFCs, or banking preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong professional network in Mumbai corporate ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to close high-value partnership deals.

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (mandatory).
