Partnerships & Alliances Manager - Gold Loans

Job Summary:

- We are looking for a Partnerships & Alliances Manager with hands-on experience in Gold Loans,
strong capability in building alliances with lenders, and excellent data-crunching & analytical skills.

- The role will focus on scaling gold loan disbursements through strategic partnerships while using
data to drive performance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage strategic partnerships with lenders (NBFCs, Banks, FinTechs)

- Own end-to-end alliances for Gold Loan sourcing & disbursement

- Identify, negotiate, and close commercial agreements with partners

- Drive loan volumes, yield optimization, and portfolio growth

- Analyze partner performance using MIS, dashboards, and funnel metrics

- Track conversion ratios, approval rates, ticket size, and TAT

- Work closely with credit, risk, ops, and compliance teams

- Ensure adherence to RBI, KYC, AML, and gold loan guidelines

- Continuously optimize partnerships using data-backed insights

Mandatory Requirements:

- Proven experience in Gold Loans (NBFC / Bank / FinTech)

- Strong background in Partnerships & Alliances with Lenders

- High proficiency in data analysis & MIS reporting

- Ability to translate data into actionable business strategies

Preferred Skills:

- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards)

- Strong commercial & negotiation skills

- Strategic thinking with execution focus
