Description:

Position Overview: The Strategic Alliances & Partnership Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and alliances that drive growth and provide added value to our customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in forming successful partnerships within the SaaS or technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Strategy Development:

- Collaborate with the executive team to define the company's partnership strategy and objectives.

- Identify and prioritize potential partners based on alignment with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.

- Develop and implement strategy and framework to support large transformational pursuit

- Strategic Consulting & Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning for appropriate products and solutions

Partnership Identification and Outreach:

- Research and identify potential partners, including SaaS companies, technology providers, industry influencers, and complementary service providers.

- Initiate and maintain relationships with key decision makers at potential partner organizations.

- Develop and execute outreach campaigns to establish initial contact and explore collaboration opportunities.

Partnership Negotiation and Contracting:

- Lead partnership negotiations, working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure mutually beneficial terms and agreements.

- Create and manage partnership contracts, outlining responsibilities, goals, and expectations for both parties.

Collaborative Initiatives:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, sales, and customer success to define joint initiatives and co-marketing activities.

- Ensure alignment between partner objectives and internal teams to drive successful execution of partnership initiatives.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Develop and maintain metrics to track the effectiveness of partnerships, including revenue impact, customer acquisition, and market reach.

- Generate regular reports on partnership performance and present findings to the executive team.

Relationship Management:

- Foster strong, trust-based relationships with partners, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring ongoing collaboration and communication.

- Identify opportunities for expansion and growth within existing partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

- Proven track record of atleast 7+ years in strategic partnership management within the SaaS or Enterprise or B2B industry.

- Excellent understanding of SaaS business models, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to think strategically and creatively, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving initiatives to successful outcomes.

- Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
