We are seeking a high-impact Partnership Sales Manager to build, scale, and manage strategic alliances across India. This role focuses on expanding our partner ecosystem-spanning ISVs, AI technology providers, CRM/Marketing Automation platforms-and driving revenue through joint GTM motions.

What You Will Lead
- Develop and scale partnerships with Top ISVs in CRM, Marketing Automation & Conversational AI.
- Build & scaling alliances with leading AI technology providers. strong alliances with AI technology providers and drive co-selling, cross-selling & bundled solutions opportunities.
- Create joint GTM plans, co-marketing campaigns & partner-ready assets.
- Enable Sales with solution playbooks, partner insights & competitive intelligence.
- Ensure partner-led implementations deliver measurable customer outcomes.
What You Bring
- 8-12 years of experience in Partner / Alliance / Channel Management (SaaS/CPaaS ideal).
- Demonstrated success with ISV ecosystems (CRM, MA, CX, Conversational AI).
- Experience collaborating with AI tech partners for solution co-selling.
- Strong business acumen-turning partnerships into predictable revenue.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation & relationship skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, growth-focused environment.
