Position: Partnership Manager - Strategic SaaS & Solutions Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding strategic partnerships that enhance our SaaS and solution offerings.


This role focuses on creating value-added partnerships where our solutions complement or supplement partner businesses, driving mutual growth beyond traditional channel sales.

Role Overview: As a Partnership Manager, you will lead the development of new strategic alliances, nurture and grow existing partnerships, and ensure the seamless integration and execution of partnership strategies. Your efforts will be central to our business expansion and delivering enhanced value to customers across diverse international markets.

Domain Expertise: We are specifically looking for candidates with current or recent experience in the Tax Technology domain (Indirect Tax/Compliance software solutions ).

Strategic Focus: The ideal candidate should have a strong ability to build and manage strategic relationships with tax firms and drive business opportunities through India and global partnerships across regions such as the Middle East, Europe, Singapore, and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Development teams to craft and implement partnership strategies aligned with business goals.

- Design and launch scalable partnership programs, campaigns, and enablement materials tailored to solution-based collaborations.

- Identify, engage, and negotiate with new partners to develop complementary business solutions that drive mutual growth.

- Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners, ensuring partnerships deliver on commitments and contribute to customer success.

- Own partnership performance tracking and reporting, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

- Work closely with sales leads and regional teams to drive partnership opportunities, ensuring effective handover and growth.

- Align partnership initiatives with country and regional priorities, publishing strategies, approaches, and success metrics.

- Monitor the opportunity pipeline and conversion metrics with Sales and Marketing, regularly communicating status and driving improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex partnership deals in international markets, preferably in the Middle East, Europe, Singapore, and Malaysia.

- Demonstrated experience in building and managing partner programs within SaaS, cloud environments, and compliance software solutions.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify strategic opportunities and develop them into successful, scalable partnerships.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of building alliances and influencing stakeholders across organizations.

- Proven ownership mindset in managing end-to-end partnership lifecycles and outcomes.

- Ability to distinguish between channel sales models and solution-centric partnership approaches, with a clear preference for candidates experienced in the letter.
