Job Description: Partnership Manager – CSR Initiatives
Location: Mumbai

Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnership Manager – CSR Initiatives who will
lead CSR-driven collaborations with major corporate clients, development agencies, and
global institutions such as UNICEF, WHO, and other social-impact organizations. This role
is responsible for identifying CSR opportunities, driving partnerships, and converting these
collaborations into project-based revenue through the promotion and sale of our
Healthcare and Well-being product portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the CSR ecosystem in India,
experience working with listed companies, and the ability to convert CSR mandates into
high-impact health and well-being projects.
Key Responsibilities
CSR Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify, target, and acquire CSR opportunities from listed companies mandated to
spend on CSR activities.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with UNICEF, WHO, NGOs, foundations,
and other social sector institutions.
- Develop partnership proposals aligned with corporate CSR goals and health
focused impact outcomes.
- Act as the primary relationship owner for CSR clients, ensuring long-term
collaboration and repeat project engagements.
Revenue Generation & Solution Selling
- Promote and sell healthcare, wellness, and well-being products suited for CSR
driven interventions.
- Convert CSR partnerships into revenue-generating projects, ensuring commercial
viability and social impact alignment.
- Work with internal product, operations, and finance teams to scope, design, price,
and deliver CSR project solutions.
Program Planning & Execution
- Understand CSR budgets, industry norms, and compliance requirements (e.g., CSR
Rules under Companies Act).
- Prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals for corporate CSR boards
and CSR committees.
- Ensure timely implementation of CSR projects in collaboration with partner
organizations.
- Track progress, impact metrics, utilization, and reporting requirements for funded
projects.
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with corporate CSR heads, foundation partners, government bodies, and
international development agencies.
- Represent the organization at CSR forums, conferences, and industry events to
create visibility and brand positioning.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, impact decks, and review reports to senior
leadership and CSR committees.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Public Health,
Development Studies, or related fields.
- 5–10 years of experience in CSR partnerships, NGO collaborations, institutional
sales, or development sector business development.
- Strong knowledge of India’s CSR landscape and the Companies Act CSR
compliance framework.
- Experience working with large corporates, foundations, or international
development organizations (UNICEF, WHO is a strong advantage).
- Proven track record of securing partnerships and generating revenue through CSR or
institutional channels.
