Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Chartered Accountant to join the leadership team as Partner Statutory Audit.

The ideal candidate should bring deep audit expertise, strong leadership skills, and an existing book of revenue or established client base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Statutory Audit engagements across industries, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.

- Supervise, guide, and review work performed by audit teams to ensure accuracy and quality.

- Develop and nurture client relationships while driving new business opportunities.

- Review and finalize audit reports, financial statements, and other key deliverables.

- Collaborate with partners to set strategic direction, growth targets, and operational priorities.

- Ensure internal quality standards, risk management, and process efficiency within the audit function.

- Represent the firm in client meetings, professional forums, and business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1025 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit.

- Should possess or be capable of bringing a book of business / client revenue.

- Strong technical expertise in accounting standards, auditing standards, and Companies Act compliance.

- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and business development capabilities.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
