Partner - Statutory Audit

Job Description:

Looking for someone who has experience in Business Development and has experience in Audit and assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and execute statutory audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio.

- Understand business processes, identify key audit risks, and design appropriate audit procedures.

- Review financial statements and assess compliance with applicable Accounting Standards/Ind AS, Companies Act, and Auditing Standards.

- Lead and supervise audit teams.

- Identify and evaluate audit findings, accounting issues, internal control deficiencies, and areas of financial reporting risk.

- Interact with client finance teams and management to discuss audit requirements, observations, and resolution of issues.

- Ensure proper audit documentation, compliance with internal quality standards, and timely closure of assignments.

- Support the company / Senior Management in client management, engagement planning and Business Development.

- Contribute to process improvements and maintain high standards of audit quality and professional delivery.

- Manage multiple assignments and timelines while ensuring effective team coordination.
