Partner/Senior Partner - Relationship Management

Job Role:

Role & Responsibilities :

1.Manage Key NR clients and provide expert relationship management (Domain Expert).

Collaborate with the Corporate and Institutional Banking team to drive acquisition of Personal Banking & Wealth Management relationships for Owners, Promoters, Directors, CFOs, and Corporate Treasuries.

2. Anticipate shifting customer expectations and take measures to ensure Yes Bank stays ahead of competitors.

3. Maintain strong knowledge of client portfolios and products to increase wallet share from NR clients.

4. Engage regularly with mapped relationships and maintain portfolio quality, ensuring profitability at each client level.

5. Showcase the full range of consumer and commercial banking products to existing and potential key clients, identifying incremental business opportunities.

6. Contribute to the development of new products and services by channelling self and customer feedback to program teams.

7. Ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements in all dealings with clients.

Participate in cross-functional activities to promote collective responsibility towards institutional objectives.

8. Performance evaluated based on overall profitability and relationship at both RM and client levels.

9. Position is based out of Corporate and Institutional Banking Office; not tied to a specific branch
