Partner - Private Client Practice - Law Firm

About the Role

Our client is looking to hire a Partner to lead and expand its Private Client Practice (PCP) in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in estate planning, tax, and structuring advisory, with a focus on serving high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and business families across India and the Middle East.

This is a strategic leadership role designed for someone who can build the practice locally, manage key client relationships, and drive business growth in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the Private Client Practice in Dubai with a focus on estate planning, tax advisory, succession planning, and family governance.

- Work closely with the India team and firm leadership to expand client relationships across India, and the GCC.

- Manage and execute high-value client mandates, offering holistic solutions that integrate legal, tax, and financial perspectives.

- Develop and mentor a local team, while collaborating with partners and senior management in India.

- Represent the firm at industry events, networking platforms, and client forums.

Candidate Profile :

- Qualification: Lawyer or Chartered Accountant (open to both categories).

- Experience: 12-18 years of experience in Private Client / Tax / Estate Planning with reputed law firms, consulting firms (Big 4s), or boutique advisory firms.

- Track Record: Strong client-facing experience and demonstrated success in handling complex, cross-border private client mandates.

- Prior experience in the Middle East (especially Dubai) is highly preferred, though candidates with strong India-facing experience open to relocation will also be considered.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a partner-led, growth-oriented environment.
