OD Associates must have:

- Entrepreneurial Mindset - This is a business opportunity role, linked on revenue sharing basis and no fixed retainer fee or compensation

- Long term commitment - as they will be establishing and nurturing relationships with customers (nationally and globally)

- Good connect with Entrepreneurs, Founders, CEOs and Organizational Leaders across different sectors and institutions

- Servant Leadership - We see Sales and Marketing as a service by contributing to our customers for them to realise their dreams

- Experience in Selling Training, Consulting services.

OD Associates Contribution in the role:

- Drive Extraordinary Organisation Movement

- Promote OD related programmes and consulting services to the targeted customers.

- Develop and implement sales and marketing

- Drive customer acquisition through effective communication and sales techniques.

- Involvement in the delivery of the ODeX programmes post training and certification by us. Most of the training and certifications by us will be very rigorous, but complimentary for our Associates.

- Involvement in the delivery of the OD Consulting Services.
