About the Role:

The Partner Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth and engagement within our partner ecosystem through strategic co-marketing initiatives and partner enablement programs.

This role demands strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and execution skills, combined with the ability to represent the company confidently in public-facing settings such as webinars and videos.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute multi-channel partner marketing programs to drive awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth alongside technology, reseller, and integration partners.

- Represent company as a confident and compelling spokesperson in webinars, videos, customer conversations, and other public-facing marketing events.

- Manage joint go-to-market plans aligned with partner and company business objectives.

- Identify, onboard, and nurture new partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

- Create and deliver co-marketing collateral and enablement assets like sales decks, case studies, webinars, email campaigns, and social media content.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure effective partner program execution.

- Plan and support partner-facing events including webinars, training, and partner summits.

- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of partner marketing initiatives to leadership.

- Manage partner marketing budgets, events, and campaigns.

- Act as a partner advocate internally by gathering feedback to influence product roadmap and improve partner experience.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities in SaaS and data integration.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of partner or channel marketing experience in SaaS, cloud, or software integration.

- Proven success in managing joint marketing campaigns, lead generation, and partner enablement.

- Excellent communication skills, including strong public speaking and presentation abilities for webinars and video appearances.

- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.

- Skilled in marketing automation, CRM tools (e., Salesforce), and partner platforms.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize strategies.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

- Bachelors/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, or a related field
