Role Overview:
As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing initiatives with Microsoft to drive joint go-to-market (GTM) campaigns, co-sell opportunities, and demand generation efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teamsincluding Sales, Product, and Alliance Managersto align on priorities and co-develop marketing strategies that drive pipeline, revenue, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Development:
- Build and execute a joint marketing plan aligned with Microsofts fiscal and solution area priorities (e.g., Azure, Fabric, AI).
- Support Microsofts co-sell motions by creating partner-ready marketing assets, pitch decks, and one-pagers.
Campaign Execution:
- Plan and manage integrated campaigns (webinars, digital campaigns, industry events, content syndication) with Microsoft.
- Collaborate with Microsoft Partner Marketing Advisors (PMAs), PDMs, and global marketing teams to gain MDF (Marketing Development Funds).
Content & Asset Creation:
- Develop solution briefs, case studies, blog content, and videos showcasing joint value propositions.
- Ensure consistent messaging around AI, data, and analytics capabilities aligned with Microsoft's solution areas.
Marketplace & Co-Sell Enablement:
- Optimize listings on Microsoft Azure Marketplace.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to drive co-sell wins and influence co-sell-ready status.
Measurement & Reporting:
- Track campaign performance using KPIs such as leads generated, marketing-sourced pipeline, and ROI.
- Report progress internally and to Microsoft stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years in partner or alliance marketing.
- Experience working with Microsoft, preferably within the Azure or Microsoft Partner Network (MPN).
- Familiarity with Microsoft GTM programs, Co-Sell Ready, Solution Workspace, and Partner Center.
- Strong understanding of Data, Analytics, and AI trends and technologies.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
- Experience working with other hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Google Cloud) is a bonus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
