As the Partner, Marketing & Sales, you will lead and drive the vision, strategy, and execution for our client's marketing and sales vertical. Your mission will be to enable our clients to scale their businesses by deploying cutting-edge AI tools and frameworks, transforming their approach to customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vertical Leadership: Own and execute the strategic roadmap for the Marketing & Sales vertical, aligning with client's overall mission and growth objectives.
- Solution Development: Design, package, and continuously improve AI-driven marketing and sales solutions tailored for growth companies.
- Client Advisory: Act as a strategic adviser for clients, diagnosing their sales and marketing challenges, shaping innovative solutions, and guiding implementation.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Develop and lead go-to-market and demand generation initiatives to expand our client's presence and value proposition
- Team Building: Attract, mentor, and lead high-performing teams of marketing strategists, sales consultants, and AI specialists.
- Partnerships: Build strategic alliances with technology providers, agencies, and ecosystem players to enrich solution offerings.
- Thought Leadership: Represent our client's at industry events, webinars, and in the media, solidifying our reputation as an AI-powered growth catalyst.
- Account Growth: Drive client engagement and expansion, ensuring measurable impact, client satisfaction, and recurring business.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Experience: 6-8 years in marketing, sales consulting, or in a senior growth/leadership role in ambitious organizations
- Growth Mindset: Demonstrated ability to architect and deliver innovative sales and marketing solutions that drive tangible business results.
- AI & Tech Fluency: Passion for leveraging technology and AI in sales and marketing processes. Familiarity with sales/marketing tech stacks and data-driven growth practices.
- Consultative Approach: Skilled at client discovery, building trusted partnerships, and designing high-impact solutions.
- Leadership Excellence: Experience hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performance teams.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a hands-on, proactive, and collaborative style.
- Stakeholder Management: Executive-level communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
- Education: MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred.
