As a Partner, youll lead the charge in expanding our client base. Youll own the sales strategy, drive new business development, and forge lasting relationships with decision-makers across industries.

Your role
- Lead new client acquisition and drive revenue growth across leadership hiring mandates.
- Pitch directly to founders, CEOs, CHROs, and engage.
- Design and execute outbound strategies including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, events, and warm introductions.
- Collaborate closely with our delivery team to ensure outstanding client satisfaction.
- Build and manage a CRM-powered pipeline with strong data hygiene and accurate forecasting.
- Influence our go-to-market strategy, pricing models, positioning, and long-term growth initiatives.
What Were Looking For
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 4+ years in executive search/leadership hiring, staffing, or recruitment services.
- Proven success in closing high-value deals and nurturing long-term client relationships.
