Partner - Investment Banking - Consulting Firm

The role is with a well-established consulting firm looking to start their Investment Banking vertical.

Key Responsibilities -

1. Help clients raise money by issuing stocks or debts. This includes pre-IPO placements and managing Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).

2. Handle in private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations of our clients.

3. Advise clients on buying or merging with other companies, which involves valuing the companies, structuring the deal, and managing negotiations.

4. Conduct thorough investigations into a company's financials and operations to identify risks and opportunities for a transaction.

5. Ensure standards and procedures are maintained by whole team.

6. Identify and capitalizing on opportunities and prospects for new work.

7. Business development, including working with colleagues in other teams.

Candidate Eligibility - CA/ MBA/ CFA with 10 to 20 years of experience.
