Role Overview:
- We are looking for a Partner Interface Manager (Project Manager) to lead and oversee key partner integration projects. This role acts as a critical bridge between internal teams, external partners, and customers-ensuring successful implementation, delivery, and continuous optimization of Riskcovry's insurance infrastructure solutions.
- The ideal candidate is a proactive project leader with strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of partner integration and implementation projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and timelines in alignment with business goals.
- Manage project milestones, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
2. Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the single point of contact between internal teams (Tech, Product, Operations) and external partners.
- Ensure clear communication, expectation management, and smooth collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Quality Control & Risk Management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and partner requirements.
- Monitor project performance to maintain high-quality deliverables.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare project dashboards, progress reports, and performance summaries for leadership.
- Maintain proper documentation for project plans, partner communications, and delivery notes.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in project or partner management, preferably in FinTech, InsurTech, or SaaS environments.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
