Partner - Fundraising - Investment Banking

Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior leader with strong expertise in deal sourcing and execution for early-stage to Series C+ fundraises. The role involves independently sourcing mandates, managing analysts/associates, and collaborating closely with top-tier VC/PE funds and family offices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Originate and cultivate long-term relationships with institutional investors and high-growth companies to build a robust, high-quality deal pipeline.

- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex fundraising mandates, ensuring seamless coordination between legal, financial, and operational workstreams.

- Oversee the development of sophisticated financial models and investment memoranda to articulate compelling value propositions to potential investors.

- Direct comprehensive due diligence processes to mitigate risks and ensure transparency for both buy-side and sell-side stakeholders.

- Mentor and lead high-performing deal teams, fostering a culture of excellence and analytical rigor to ensure consistent deal closure.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Closed 8/10+ VC/PE deals, ideally from early-stage to Series C+ fundraises.

- Strong network with VCs, PEs, and family offices

- Proven ability to source and close deals independently

- Experienced in managing teams
