Role Overview:

The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Partner with a portable book of business of approximately INR 5 Crores, who can independently lead complex disputes and contribute to practice growth. The role requires the Partner to join with an established litigation team and play a key role in strengthening the firms disputes practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and lead high-value litigation and dispute resolution matters across:

- Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) proceedings

- Commercial disputes under the Commercial Courts Act

- Real estate litigation, including RERA-related matters

- White collar crime and economic offences

- Appear and argue matters before NCLT/NCLAT, High Courts, Commercial Courts, and various statutory tribunals.

- Provide strategic legal and commercial advisory to domestic and international clients.

- Drive practice development, client acquisition, and revenue growth.

- Lead, mentor, and manage an independent litigation team, ensuring quality drafting and effective case strategy.

Key Requirements:

- Established Partner / Senior Litigator from a reputed law firm or chamber.

- Proven track record of client handling and revenue generation.

- Strong expertise in advocacy, pleadings, negotiations, and dispute strategy.

- Ability to handle matters independently and manage complex, multi-forum litigation.
