Key Responsibilities:

Expert Guidance & Problem Solving: Provide expert guidance to client organizations, helping them identify, analyze, and solve complex business challenges across various functional areas.

Strategic Goal Achievement: Advise clients on achieving their strategic goals by developing and implementing actionable plans in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, Analytics, Corporate Strategy, Risk Management, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and more.

Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research, data analysis, and market assessments to develop insightful recommendations and provide data-driven advice to clients.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Project Leadership: Lead consulting engagements from inception to completion, managing project scope, timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.

Solution Development: Develop innovative and practical solutions tailored to each client's unique needs and industry context.

Business Development (Implicit for Partner Level): Contribute to firm growth through identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals, and expanding existing client relationships.

Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in various business functions to continually enhance advisory capabilities.

Required Candidate Profile:

Education: Postgraduate (PG) degree in any discipline.

Experience: 5+ years of demonstrable experience in business advisory consulting.

Consulting Acumen: Proven experience in conducting research, analyzing business operations and processes, and advising clients on strategic improvements.

Business Operations Knowledge: Strong knowledge and understanding of various business operations and processes across different industries.

Client Relationship Skills: Exceptional ability to build, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Problem Solving: Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable components.

Communication: Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
