Responsibilities : - Design and deliver the job evaluation and external benchmarking for on roll employees and associate team - Partner with associate team on sales incentive plans basis productivity analytics and performance data - Work closely with the central business operations teams and partner within the HR team to ensure consistency and compliance on policies and processes KRAs : - Internal Parity Evaluation and External Benchmarking of Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Short Term Incentives, Long Term Incentives, ESOPs);&nbsp; - Review and institutionalise pay ranges, pay mix, compensation structuring, productivity and org effectiveness assignments Stakeholder/Customer - Partner with teams upstream and downstream to deliver the mandate Competencies : - Proven track record of working across the lifecycle of a C&amp;B function (preferred Benefits and Operations) - Strong practical knowledge of the Consultant/Banking/Financial space with networks across organisations and peer groups - Experience of executing Year End Compensation cycles for diverse stakeholder groups/organisations Candidate Profile : - Post Graduate from Tier 1 institute 2016-18 batches - Preference for candidates who have experience with HAYS Product in Job Evaluation
