Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented with a strong foundation in B2B sales, business development, and brand building. This is a front-end, client-facing role focused on acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships across multiple non-IT sectors. Also manage the execution and back end
Experience & Background:
- 5-15 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in professional services, consulting, executive search, or B2B services
- Proven ability to acquire and manage client relationships and execution as well post onboarding
- Experience in brand building and market-facing initiatives
- Exposure to medium to large organizations with revenues ranging from - 250 Cr to - 25,000 Cr
- Experience across sectors such as Chemicals, Agri, Industrial, Manufacturing, FMCG, Real estate , Logistics , Pharma , automotive ,Infrastructure, etc. (excluding IT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and engage prospective client organizations
- Build strong relationships with MDs, CEOs, CHROs, Talent Heads, and senior leadership
- Present and pitch the firm's value proposition, credentials, and USPs effectively
- Drive the complete new business development cycle from lead generation to deal closure and execution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery
- Support brand visibility through networking, industry interactions, and strategic outreach
