Partner & Head - Digital & Artificial Intelligence Transformation

A Client of WMGO is looking for a seasoned leader to drive AI-first digital transformation and enterprise consulting across global BFSI & Retail clients.

- This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of CXO advisory, AI strategy, and revenue ownership, with the opportunity to build and scale a transformation practice from the ground up.

Role Overview:

- Lead AI-driven transformation initiatives for global enterprises

- Advise CXOs on AI adoption, automation, and legacy modernization

- Design phase-wise transformation roadmaps aligned to business outcomes

- Drive consulting-led revenue, pipeline building & deal closures

- Build AI capabilities, agents, and productized offerings

- Establish a scalable consulting + execution model

Key Responsibilities :

- Enterprise advisory on AI, cost optimization & intelligent automation

- Engage senior stakeholders and drive long-term partnerships

- Lead solutioning, deal shaping & transformation programs

- Identify high-value enterprise use cases and AI opportunities

- Build and mentor a high-performing consulting team

What We're Looking For :

- 10-12+ years in Digital / AI Transformation Consulting

- Strong experience with enterprise platforms (Oracle, Salesforce, SAP)

- Proven expertise in CXO engagement & large deal closures

- Deep understanding of AI/ML, automation & enterprise applications

- Ability to balance AI innovation with legacy system strategies

- Strong ownership mindset with leadership and practice-building experience
