Mumbai based, established, lean advertising and communications agency, set up by qualified and experienced professionals with strong creative background including in several international markets. Grown organically with domestic and overseas clients across multiple categories. Provides services to clients in both B2B and B2C, ranging from finance to fashion. Seeking a Partner who will drive and transform the organisation to its new level.Rewards will include autonomy, profit sharing and opportunity to grow and lead an independent agency.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

- The Partner will be a key leadership figure, responsible for driving business growth, nurturing client relationships, and overseeing the agency's P&L.


- Collaborate with the founders in driving organizational vision and culture across the entire organisation.


- Positioning the agency appropriately and sharply amongst all stakeholders.


- Assist in setting the annual budget and plans, lead in tracking and course correcting on an ongoing basis to deliver on quarterly and annual top line and bottom-line targets.


- Responsible for new client acquisition, retention, operational excellence, and profitability.


- Mentorship and leadership to all employees.


- Measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally.


- Bring in best practices of account management, strategic planning, creative development and organisation building and evangelize them throughout the company, wherever needed.


- Help to generate new business streams and opportunities.


- Grow the business by developing and executing sound idea driven solutions consistently for a variety of clients and persistently help develop quality output.


- Sustain high levels of client and agency motivation, thus building client confidence in the agency.


- Identification, recruitment, retention and development of talent.


- Lead and demonstrate excellence in implementation.


- Ensure best in class external documentation, pitch presentations, commercial and legal agreements.


- Become the face of the agency and play a pivotal role in shaping the agency's strategic direction and ensuring its continued success.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Mumbai based MBA from leading Business School, with overall experience of 16-20 years, of which at least the most recent 6 must be in advertising.


- Strong and proven track record of new business, and ideally be able to move to the job with some clients.


- Must have demonstrated record of building multi-functional teams comprising creative and account management and managed a P&L in a top agency.


- Opportunity will be ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, ambitious and wants to start/ run an agency. Must be comfortable in working in a small set up and growing it.
